Robert Versluis was born on January 6, 1957 and passed away on November 11, 2016 at the age of 59. He is proceeded in death by his parents, James and Yvonne Versluis and survived by his siblings Collen, Wayne, Shirley, Theres Lurvey, Judy Jennings and Gayleen Parker.
Bob came to The INN Between on September 20th of this year. He had been renting a room in a home and was asked to leave when his health began to decline. He was a very kind man and one of our most polite residents. Bob helped when he could and was always very thankful for even the smallest things.
We were surprised to learn that Bob was a longtime friend of another one of our residents, and they became each other’s support system. Bob was blessed to have had visits from his family, and during his final days, his sister remained at his bedside.
We were very fortunate to have known Bob and his family. Please join us to celebrate Bob’s life at a memorial service on Wednesday, December 28th, 11:00 am at The INN Between, 340 S. Goshen (1040 West), Salt Lake City, UT. Refreshments will follow.
