Kate Rubalcava brings two decades of experience in community-focused leadership to The INN Between's Board of Directors. She currently serves as the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Manager at American Express, where she has worked for the past three years. Prior to that, she spent six and a half years as the CEO of the Utah Nonprofits Association, championing nonprofit organizations across the state and advancing their capacity to serve.
Kate is a dedicated advocate for equitable community development and has a wide-ranging skill set in partnership development, capacity building, grant writing, and the implementation of race, equity, diversity, and inclusion (REDI) practices. She is known for her authenticity, intentional leadership, and deep commitment to ensuring every community member is recognized as a valuable asset.
