He has led initiatives with two national hospice and home health companies, including one that became the second-largest provider in the country. In Utah, he founded two successful care organizations, one incorporating a pharmaceutical company to optimize outcomes.
As a private consultant, Mr. Gordon advised health and consumer product organizations and served as COO of a disability care provider support organization. He also led a national nonprofit promoting ethical outdoor recreation and served as a geriatric advisor to Senator Orin Hatch during healthcare reform under President Obama.
Recognized as a top CEO in Utah, his teams earned multiple Medicare compliance awards, and his leadership achieved 98% efficiency rankings nationwide. A guest speaker at conferences and universities, he has shared expertise on topics such as Continuum of Care and the Future of Geriatric Care. Mr. Gordon has served on several boards, including the Utah Hospice and Palliative Care Association.
