Director of Payment Integrity, Regence
Shelley Dean leads payment integrity at Regence, which serves more than 3.4 million people through its Regence health plans in Idaho, Oregon, Utah and Washington. Each Regence health plan is a nonprofit independent licensee of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association. Dean has been with Regence for 23 years and cofounded the payment integrity department at the company eight years ago. She is passionate about her work at Regence and its mission of delivering innovative products and services that change the way consumers experience health care.
