Bella Paolucci-Witham

Utah born and Texas raised, Bella came back to Utah to study Music and Sociology at the University of Utah. After graduating early, she started her career in social services as an AmeriCorps VISTA at Catholic Community Services. This sparked her passion for serving others and was the catalyst for her nearly 10 year long career in the nonprofit sector. She has worked closely with many diverse populations in SLC, including middle school kids in title I schools, refugee families and refugee foster care kids, mental health services for children under 6, the LGBTQIA+ community, the unsheltered community, women and children survivors of domestic and sexual violence, and low-income women. Alongside her passion for helping others, Bella loves to sing, is a dog person (she has a corgi named Bennie!), and loves to travel. Through her experience in social work and clinical mental health counseling graduate programs, her years as a volunteer manager for multiple nonprofits, and her own life experiences, Bella has found her purpose in immersing herself in community-based work and feels like she has finally found her long-term home at The INN Between. She is proud to say she is part of the The INN Between family!
