Rachel Meynders, RN, BS – Director of Nursing
Rachel is an experienced nurse with a diverse background in hospice, intensive care, emergency medicine, and psychiatric nursing. As Director of Nursing at the INN Between, she leads the delivery of compassionate medical respite and end-of-life care for individuals experiencing homelessness.
Her career includes roles as a Hospice RN Case Manager, emergency Department RN, and Nursing Education Coordinator, equipping her with expertise in critical care, symptom management, and staff training. She holds an Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from ECPI University Associate of Applied Science in Paramedicine and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science – Public Health from BYU-Idaho.
Rachel is committed to holistic, trauma-informed nursing and ensuring that The INN Between’s residents receive dignified, high-quality care in their most vulnerable moments.
