Jay Martin Evans passed away peacefully on March 29, 2016 at the age of 54. He was born in Mountain Home, Idaho on April 5, 1961. Jay was oldest of six children born to Shirley and Jay Evans. He graduated from Rock Springs High School in Rock Springs, Wyoming in 1981. Jay enjoyed being outdoors and fishing. He was an avid gardener, especially enjoying growing pumpkins and flowers. He loved his family.
In his brief time with us at The INN Between, Jay enjoyed reading and visiting with our staff and volunteers. We were glad to be able to provide a safe and comfortable place for Jay to spend his final days. We will hold a memorial service for Jay at The INN Between, 340 S. Goshen (1040 West), Salt Lake City, UT, on Thursday April 7th at 2pm. All are welcome to attend.
