We honor the life of Rickey, who passed peacefully at the age of 72 on Thanksgiving.
Rickey was with us for just one day, and in that short time, we were grateful to offer care, comfort, and presence at the end of his life. He was not alone—he was surrounded by compassion and dignity during his final moments.
Rickey was the second person to pass in our care on this holiday, a solemn reminder of why it matters so deeply that no one faces the end of life alone.
