We honor the life of Thomas, who passed peacefully at the age of 73.
Thomas came to The INN Between as an emergency admit, actively transitioning, and was with us for just one week. Though we did not have the chance to learn much about Thomas’ story, we are grateful we could provide comfort, dignity, and compassionate care in his final days.
We also extend heartfelt gratitude to Bristol Hospice for their support and for the strong partnership they share with The INN Between. Together, we are able to ensure that individuals experiencing homelessness can receive end-of-life care surrounded by respect, presence, and love.
